At falrslife, we take pride in every box we pack. Jack personally ensures that our snacks meet the highest standards of quality, flavor, and freshness. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order; however, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Because we deal with perishable food items, our policy is designed to protect your health while ensuring you never feel “stuck” with a bad experience.
1. The “Safety First” Policy
To maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot accept physical returns of snacks. Once a food item has left our controlled fulfillment center, it cannot be returned to our inventory, regardless of whether the packaging is unopened. This “No-Return” rule ensures that every snack sold on Jack’s site is 100% fresh and has never been tampered with.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Expired Items
Jack doesn’t like a stale chip any more than you do. If your order arrives in a condition that is less than perfect, we are committed to making it right.
- Eligible Issues: This includes snacks that arrive past their “Best Before” date, items with compromised seals, or packaging so severely crushed that the product inside is inedible.
- Reporting: Please contact our “Snack Support” team within 48 hours of delivery. Email CAHILLAUSTIN46@GMAIL.COM with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- Resolution: Depending on your preference and product availability, Jack will either ship a fresh replacement immediately at no cost to you or issue a full refund for the affected items.
3. The “Wrong Snack” Correction
If Jack’s team accidentally sends you a spicy snack when you ordered a sweet one, don’t sweat it!
- You do not need to send the incorrect item back. Feel free to give it to a friend or try it yourself!
- Simply send us a photo of the incorrect item, and we will ship the correct product to you immediately or provide a full refund for the missing item.
4. Heat & Melting Policy
We ship snacks year-round, which means sometimes our chocolates and gummies encounter the summer heat.
- While we use protective packaging when necessary, falrslife is not responsible for melting that occurs during transit or if a package is left in a high-temperature area (like a porch or mailbox) after delivery.
- We recommend checking your local weather before ordering heat-sensitive treats. Melted items are generally not eligible for a refund if the product remains safe to eat.
5. Exchanges
Because we cannot accept food returns, we do not offer traditional one-to-one exchanges. However, if you are genuinely unhappy with a flavor you chose, reach out to us. We often provide Store Credit so you can try a different snack that might be more to your liking on your next visit.
6. Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved by Jack’s team:
- The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a total shipment loss or our error.
