1. Processing: The “Jack-Fast” Standard
We don’t believe in making you wait.
- Same-Day Processing: Any order placed before 11:00 AM on a business day is sent to our packing line immediately.
- Standard Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Operating Hours: Our team (and Jack!) works Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be the first things out the door on Monday morning.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

- Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across the country to ensure there are no surprises at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Jack loves a good deal. All orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping automatically.
- International Orders: We do ship to select international locations! Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly based on customs processing in your home country.
3. Temperature & Freshness Protection
Snacks can be delicate, and Jack takes “The Crunch” seriously.
- Heat-Sensitive Items: During the summer months, we utilize thermal-insulated wrap for chocolate and meltable items. While we do our best to protect these goods, we recommend being present for delivery so your snacks don’t sit in the heat.
- Fragile Goods: We use custom-sized boxes and eco-friendly air cushions to ensure your chips arrive as chips, not as crumbs.
4. Real-Time Tracking
The moment Jack hands your package to the courier, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This includes a tracking link so you can follow your snack’s journey from our warehouse to your porch. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status once the label is created.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your “Ship To” address! Jack is fast, but he can’t redirect a package once it has left the building. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a small re-shipping fee may apply.
6. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t see your box:
- Check with your neighbors or your building’s front desk.
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered a day early).

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our international snackers: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Jack isn’t responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department, but we will provide all necessary documentation to help the process go smoothly.
